ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A St. Joseph County man suffered life threatening injuries after being ejected from the vehicle he was driving during a crash Sunday evening, May 22.
Deputies responded to the area of Zerbe Road near US-131 in Constantine Township around 6:49 p.m. where they found that the 57-year-old victim had gone off the roadway and struck a tree, and then was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver was treated on scene by paramedics and airlifted to a Kalamazoo hospital with life threatening injuries.
