KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The North Burdick Block Party will take place Friday, May 19 th , from 4-6 pm in the 300 block of North Burdick.
Community Services Charity, which is connected with State Rep. Julie Rogers’ 41 st District Office, is once again organizing the event.
“I am thrilled with the outpouring of support we have received from local businesses and nonprofits in Kalamazoo willing to sponsor this event,” stated State Representative Julie Rogers. “We will be providing family friendly activities and information, so please join us and bring your children.”
Activities include music, dancing, community resource tabling, food, games, and arts and crafts projects. The mobile Kalamazoo County ID unit will also be on site.
“I’m excited to engage the community with this event,” said Tammy Taylor, Community Services Charities Executive Director. “It’s so great to see so many amazing board members, volunteers and community partners stepping up to make this party special.”
No preregistration is necessary.
