BLACKMAN (WKZO) — Snow and speed are blamed for a five-vehicle accident on Interstate 94 Wednesday afternoon in Jackson County that included a school bus with 41 students on board. One passenger from a Kia involved in the crash was hospitalized in stable condition at Allegiance Health. The bus was from Madison High School, and was returning from Western Michigan University.
