KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Kzoo Parks is announcing the return of the Annual Egg Hunt to Mayors’ Riverfront Park on Saturday, April 8 at Homer Stryker Field from 2 to 4 p.m. where thousands of eggs will be hidden for children to find.
There will be three egg hunts for children ages 9 and under:
- Ages 0 – 3: 2:30 – 2:45 p.m.
- Ages 4 – 6: 3:00 – 3:15 p.m.
- Ages 7 – 9: 3:30 – 3:45 p.m.
Adults will be allowed on the grass to help with the hunt for ages 0-3. Families with children in different age groups will be allowed to hunt together. Each child will receive a bag with candy and toys after their hunt.
In addition to the egg hunt, families can enjoy springtime crafts, fun themed games, and take pictures with the Bunny, Growlers’ mascot Porter, and Moment of Magic’s princesses.
The Kalamazoo Growlers will also have bounce houses set up and food available for purchase.
Online registration for the egg hunt is required in order to enter the prize drawing. Registering ahead of time will also speed up event check in. Online registration is available at www.kzooparks.org/egghunt
