EAST LANSING (WKZO) — Seven people were arrested in East Lansing in after post-game disturbances that broke up quickly with a heavy police presence in the area.
Only about 125 came out at Cedar Village and started a few fires before they dispersed early.
There were crowds shortly after the game ended downtown, but it was mostly unhappy Spartan fans leaving bars and heading for their cars.
The arrests were for disorderly conduct.
LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY (WKZO) — Police in Lexington say they arrested more than 30 fans who started rioting when the Wildcats undefeated streak came to an end Saturday night.
Large crowds chanting anti-Wisconsin slogans set fires and caused chaos in the streets near the University of Kentucky campus.
