KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — A Kalamazoo man who physically abused a pre-schooler for three months last summer has been sentenced to 15 to 40 years for one count of torture.
27-year-old David Circosta cut a deal with prosecutors to have other charges dropped.
Police reports say he sexually assaulted the 4 year old and bit him all over his body, using pliers on his toes to torture the child.
