SOUTH HAVEN (WKZO) — Deputies say he robbed while she drove, now both are in jail.
Two suspects from Van Buren County are in custody after botching an armed robbery of the Phoenix Country Market east of South Haven on December 28th.
State police helped county sheriff’s track down 36-year-old Anton Walters of Bangor and 17-year-old Melody Rawson of Paw Paw. Walters allegedly wore a mask when he pulled a gun on an employee demanding cash, and then fleeing.
