ARLINGTON TOWNSHIP (WKZO) A Van Buren County man has been charged with second degree murder for causing the death of female passenger while he was driving drunk and crashed last fall.
Joshua Adams is being held on 600-thousand dollars bond. 30-year-old Nora Moore was critically injured in the crash and died later at the hospital.
The one car crash occurred on 40th Avenue last September when Deputies say Adams lost control, went off the road and hit a fence and a tree.
Besides the murder charge, Adams is also charged with driving drunk, driving on a suspended license and being a habitual offender.
