KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — A Kalamazoo man with a previous sex crime involving a young child has now been indicted by a federal grand jury with the distribution of Child pornography.
47-year-old Stanley Briggs II was first convicted of second degree CSC involving a child under 13 in 2003. He has been listed on the sex offender registry ever since.
The latest charges involve the distribution by computer of 180 separate E-mail containing Kiddie Porn, and that about a year ago, he was also the recipient of child pornography.
He has been in jail for the last month on a parole violation.
