Martinez scoring Cabrera, and a 3 run double by Bryan Holiday, the Tigers lead 5-3 after 1. The Tigers tacked on two more; one in the 4th and one in the 5th giving the Tigers a 7-3 lead. But top of the 6th spelled disaster for Tigers pitcher Roberto Hernandez who was cruising striking out 11 batters thru 5 innings; giving up two home runs in the inning a solo shot and a 3 run shot by pinch hitter Preston Tucker his second of the series, Houston ties the game at 7 all. Houston add 3 more; two in the 7th and one in the 8th and regained the lead 10-7. Tigers tried to comeback in 9th Miguel Cabrera homers to left bring the Tigers within two but with runners at the corners Anthony Gose grounds out to end the game Tigers lose 10-8.
