KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — A 26-year-old Kalamazoo man is recovering from multiple but non-life threatening knife wounds after he was assaulted in the parking lot behind the Huntington Bank on E. Michigan Avenue, just after midnight.
Actually he was involved in a fight with another man when the suspect jumped in between the two and started stabbing the victim with a knife.
The 42-year-old suspect was still at the scene and taken into custody early Saturday morning on a charge of assault with intent to murder.
