CASS COUNTY (WKZO) — A broadside collision with an international cast of characters could have been much worse in Cass County.
Late Saturday night at the intersection of Dailey and Pine Lake Street, 44-year-old Ronald Pickens and two passengers were north bound when a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Claire Wendlandt failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by Pickens.
Wendlandt had 7 passengers on board but only two boys, 19-year-old Steven Thompson of Scotland and 20-year-old Toby Gillette of the United Kingdom required treatment.
They were not buckled in, but are expected to recover.
