KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Kalamazoo River Advisory Group set to hold it’s next meeting virtually.
That meeting is set to take place via zoom on Thursday, October 27 from 6 until 8 p.m. and will provide a forum to discuss issues related to the Allied Paper/Portage Creek/Kalamazoo River Superfund side and it’s cleanup.
Officials say the public is invited to this, and the other meetings that are usually held on the fourth Thursday of each month.
From these meetings, the Community Advisory Group shares information and makes recommendations to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on behalf of the community and it’s interests.
