PORTAGE (WKZO) — Portage Public Safety is still investigating a 4th of July collision between two boats on Long Lake that sent three to the hospital.
Officers say a bass boat piloted by 69-year-old Ronald Wrege of Portage collided with a pontoon boat piloted by 30-year-old Sonia Pawlowski of Portage, throwing several people into the water
. Wrege was admitted at Bronson Hospital in stable condition.
Two passengers from the pontoon boat were treated and released. The investigation continues.
