KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — Destruction of police property is a serious crime, but is denting Police Property forgivable?
A skate-boarder who came upon a parked Kalamazoo Public Safety car downtown last Friday night and decided to take some selfies, posing on top of it, has contacted police after his picture appeared in the media.
His interaction with the vehicle was all captured on the dash-cam.
The 21-year-old has been cooperative and apologetic.
They will leave it up to the prosecutor to decide on charges.
