KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — A brief firefight on a Milwood neighborhood street brought out Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers but it was all over by the time they arrived at about 2:15 Friday afternoon.
Witnesses in the 1100 block of Division told them the gunfight was between subjects in a vehicle and a gunman that fled into a nearby home.
Officers surrounded the place and after three hours sent in the Metro SWAT squad but all they found was an abandoned rifle and some ammo.
The investigation continues.
