OSHTEMO (WKZO) –Pastor John Fisher from Oshtemo, who had to endure a punishing campaign in defeat against Brandt Iden in the last election cycle, has decided he will try again, this time to unseat the State House freshman Republican.
He says he learned a few lessons from the first time around, and one of them it to not trust polls.
Republicans issued a robo-call telling people to call Fisher to complain about Obamacare, but gave the phone number of his aging mother who was in a hospice by mistake.
When he complained about it, the republicans accused him of Politicizing his mother. It was a tough campaign.
