OSHTEMO/TEXAS TOWNSHIPS (WKZO) A three-hour electric interruption has been scheduled from about midnight to 3 a.m. Thursday to allow crews to make repairs in the Atwater substation around the 9th Street Intersection with I-94. Approximately 1,100 customers in Wyngate Farms, and the Apartment Complex across from the KVCC campus will be affected by the interruptionm and a section of the Groves, the KVCC Business Park will also lose power during that period.
The approximate outage boundaries are: Beatrice Drive to the north…“O” Avenue to the south…Daisy Street to the east…and Woodsong Way to the west.
The Utility says it normally gives more notice to customers by post card when such repairs are planned but apparently this one was too urgent for that procedure.
