GIRARD (WKZO) — He was already charged with having sex with another man in the yard of their home on Treasure Lane in Branch County, twice.
Now a further investigation has resulted in child pornography charges.
Neighbors saw and recorded 77-year-old Donald Williams and a neighbor, 66-year-old Jeffrey Belden, allegedly performing sex acts on each other in April and again in May, in his front yard, where traffic and the kids could see them.
The two men were both arrested for indecent exposure and released on bond.
Apparently further investigation has turned up over 140 photos that qualify as child pornography in William’s home.
He was arrested again and charged with 5 counts of Possessing child pornography and five counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
His bond has been increased from $35,000 to $100-thousand dollars.
