LAS VEGAS (WKZO-AM) — West Michigan native Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr. ended a flawless 19-year career in boxing by earning a lopsided decision against Andre Berto this weekend, finishing with a 49-0 record.
Now he insists he is done.
“I’ve accomplished everything, there’s nothing else to accomplish in the sport,” Mayweather said. “Money don’t make me, I make money.”
The win ties him with late record holder and former heavyweight champion Rocky Marciano.
