CENTREVILLE (WKZO-AM) — A man accused of inappropriately touching five children at the Abracadabra Daycare in Three Rivers has been found guilty on two counts of accosting a minor and six counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Cary Jones, 46, was the boyfriend of woman who ran the Abracadabra Daycare in Three Rivers. He also assisted operations there.
Jones denied it all, but a jury found testimony from the children chilling, compelling and credible. The youngest victim was four, according to prosecutors.
He will be sentenced next month.
