BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – Contractors for the City of Battle Creek are working to improve the Amtrak Station at 119 McCamly Avenue.
Crews began work on Monday. In addition to the Amtrak Station, crews will also be working on the parking lot across the street.
Be aware that some parking spaces may be closed during this construction.
Work will be going on from approximately 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., and should conclude by June 30, weather permitting.
Also beginning on Monday, there will be an asphalt repair on Main Street, between Lyda Street and Alden Avenue.
There will be a lane shift in place. Drivers in the area should be aware of construction activity and follow posted signs.
This work is scheduled to conclude on Tuesday, weather permitting.
