ALBION (WKZO-AM) — Police in Albion are still looking for a man who shot another man in the head, causing a superficial wound.
It happened during an altercation early Sunday. Officers responded to the scene on North Monroe Street and found two cars. One had blood on its seats.
Soon after, they got a call from a local hospital with doctors stating that had just checked himself into the emergency room with a gunshot wound to the head.
Police learned the victim and the gunman knew each other, and had an altercation at another location. The gunman then followed his victim and shot him. No arrests have been made so far, but police have the identity of the suspect.
The victim is back at home recovering.
