VICKSBURG (WKZO-AM) — A farming operation in Vicksburg has been cited by Michigan safety inspectors for failing to have proper protection against falls during construction of a new addition on the property.
The investigation was spurred by the death of an employee, 31-year-old Marcos Fonseca, who fell 15 feet as workers were constructing silos at the site in 2009.
H&H Feed and Grain will also be fined $2000 by MI-OSHA.
