Offseason training begins for the Detroit Lions today

ALLEN PARK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Lions begin offseason training at their Allen Park facility today.

There are three phases in the offseason program beginning with two weeks of meetings, strength and conditioning and rehab and ending with the mandatory mini camp in June.

Head coach Dan Campbell said he anticipates a good turnout of players for phase one.
