Kalamazoo Dept. of Public Safety investigating shots fired incident in Edison Neighborhood

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety officers responded to a shots fired incident Thursday afternoon, and ended up seizing two firearms, magazines, and numerous rounds of ammunition.

The incident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Hays Park, and was reported by a nearby resident who saw some individuals enter the residence where the items were later located.
