KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The sister of a man on trial for murder took the stand to testify against her brother in court on Wednesday, March 16.
Tonesha Taylor-McMillon testified against her brother, 18-year-old Tikario Taylor-McMillion, who is accused of breaking into a Kalamazoo Township couple’s apartment and murdering them.
In court, the sister said, “I knew they were going to break into the house.”
Prosecutors said that both Tikario and his brother, D-Angelo Davis, broke into an apartment on Parkside Drive where they murdered 33-year-old Katoya McPherson and 36-year-old Floyd Bashers Junior, with the deadly shootings stemming from a dispute over a car.
The sister went onto to tell the jury that she found her brother cleaning the gun used to kill the couple, and that he confessed to pulling the trigger.
Tikario’s older brother (D-Angelo Davis), and sister had been offered a plea deal in exchange for their testimony.
Police all over Michigan are continually involved in high-speed chases (adrenalin rush)
and think of the consequences of such! If you have the type of vehicle involved and better yet if you have a plate number, let the people go and arrest them later! Think of the lives and damages that occur as a result of unnecessary chases!
