THORNAPPLE TOWNSHIP (WKZO-AM) — A collision between a pick-up truck and a semi in Barry County has left the driver of the smaller vehicle in critical condition.
The crash happened mid-morning Monday on M-37 near Crane Road in Thornapple Township.
They aren’t sure why, but investigators say the pickup driver, who attempted to turn left off Crane Road, pulled right into the path of the tractor trailer and was struck broadside.
The driver of the big rig was not injured. The wreck remains under investigation.
