GUN PLAIN TOWNSHIP (WKZO) — Fire investigators in Allegan County will be looking for the cause of a barn fire in Gun Plain Township that consumed the structure in an intense ball of flame that threatened nearby homes Monday evening.
It was reported just before 6 p.m. in the 700 block of 10th Street near Plainwell.
Fire fighters from at least three departments were dispatched to fight the blaze, but the barn was totally destroyed.
There were no injuries.
