HOPKINS (WKZO-AM) — A 22-year-old Allegan man is dead after a rollover crash east of Hopkins.
The man’s 2006 Chrysler Pacifica was found by a passerby leaning against a tree at around 5 a.m. Tuesday.
Allegan County Sheriff’s investigators say the vehicle was traveling on eastbound 128th Avenue when it failed to negotiate a curve, causing it to strike a ditch and multiple trees.
The victim was wearing a seat belt. It’s not clear if speed, drugs, or alcohol were factors in the wreck.
The man’s name has not been released.
