KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — The Western Michigan University Board of Trustees has voted to increase rental rates for on campus apartments and residential units beginning next fall.
The 2.1 percent hike will mean an increase in monthly rates between $9 and $18. They say it will make the rates comparable to apartment complexes in the surrounding community.
Monthly apartment charges will range from $453 to $879 depending on the complex, room style and unit chosen.
