KALAMAZOO, PAW PAW (WKZO AM/FM) – Protesters in Kalamazoo and Paw Paw joined other across the nation Saturday to support the U.S. Postal Service.
People gathered outside post office locations in both locations as part of the “Save The Post Office” day of action, stating that the USPS is under attack by the Trump Administration.
Postmaster General Louis DeJoy had ordered major changes to the service, but has backed away from some of them.
The U.S. House approved a bill in a rare Saturday session to provide the USPS with 25 billion dollars, which White House representatives say the President will be advised to veto if it reaches his desk.
