KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Kalamazoo County residents are being notified of a Winter Weather Advisory by the National Weather Service (NWS) Monday.
According to the advisory, light freezing drizzle mixed with light snow is possible, along with snow accumulations of less than an inch.
These conditions may cause slippery road conditions, especially during the evening commute.
The advisory is in place until 10 p.m. Monday.
Drivers are advised to slow down and use caution while driving during this time period.
In addition, residents are also notified that lake effect snow showers will likely impact travel on Wednesday and Thursday.
