KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — An investigation is underway after several shots were fired into a home on Kalamazoo’s Eastside.
Public Safety officers were called to the 1700 block of Highland Avenue near Edwin Avenue just before midnight on Wednesday after residents reported hearing gunshots.
No injures were reported but authorities say multiple rounds were fired through the front door of the residence.
Witnesses say they saw a sedan with no lights on fleeing the scene, but no other suspect information has been released at this time.
