DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Former Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield is under investigation for sexually assaulting his sister-in-law for ten years and for having sexual relations in a Detroit hotel.
The 33-year-old is married with five children and admitted Friday to having several consensual affairs, denying he sexually abused anyone.
His sister-in-law says he started having sex with her when she was a student of his at Northern Michigan Christian Academy when she was 15 or 16 and her husband says he would drive Chatfield to Detroit when he was in office.
He says he took his brother to Shinola Hotel for affairs and they would also go to strip clubs in the city.
