KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Community Healing Centers in Kalamazoo is being accused of violating the civil rights act according to a federal lawsuit filed by a former employee.
Timothy Henson says he was fired after raising concerns about racist comments, COVID-19 safety violations, and racial pay disparities.
He was the clinical director of children’s services at the center from 2019 until November 2021, when he was fired.
