CASSOPOLIS MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Cass County authorities are continuing to investigate a two-vehicle accident Wednesday.
Deputies were called to M-62 near Kingsbury St. in LaGrange Township at around 1:30 pm.
An investigation showed that a car driven by 38 year old Raymond Greathouse of Dowagiac was northbound on M-62, when it went out of control due to weather conditions, and struck a southbound semi driven by 68 year old Robert Wenger of Wakarusa, IN.
Greathouse was taken to Ascension Borgess Lee Hospital in Dowagiac for treatment.
Wenger was not injured.
Seat belts were used, and alcohol/drugs are not suspected in the accident.
Assisting on scene were PrideCare Ambulance and Cassopolis Area Fire Department.
