DEARBORN (WKZO-AM) — The average price for a gallon of gas in Michigan didn’t change much compared to last week, bucking a trend of volatile weekly price swings.
The mark is currently at about $1.91 a gallon.
AAA spokesperson Susan Hiltz expects prices to edge lower this week.
“We should see a bit of a price drop going into the new year, but it could jump back up around February or later when we go into the maintnence issues,” Hiltz said.
GasBuddy.com says prices in Kalamazoo have already fallen to $1.85, with some stations selling fuel for as low as $1.69.
