EMMETT TOWNSHIP (WKZO-AM) — A Battle Creek man accused of holding up the Leslie Party Store in Emmett Township with a knife on New Year’s Eve has been formally charged with armed robbery.
Bernard Moore, 31, was arrested over the weekend after police released a surveillance photo and investigators received a number of tips on the man’s identity.
Moore is being held on $100,000 bond.
