PAW PAW (WKZO-AM) — Michigan State Police troopers in Paw Paw are investigating a hit-and-run early Tuesday at an auto parts store on M-43.
Investigators say the evidence found at Complete Care Automotive suggests the suspected driver was eastbound when he went out of control, left the road and smashed into a pair of vehicles with enough force to send one of them crashing into the building.
The wreck extensive damage to the vehicle and the south wall of the business.
The driver then left the scene, heading westbound on M-43 without reporting the incident.
MSP is asking anyone with information about the hit-and-run to call the Paw Paw post at (269) 657-5551.
