KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — Investigators say diminished road conditions are to blame for a head-on crash that injured a 38-year-old woman and her seven-year-old son in Kalamazoo.
Kalamazoo Public Safety says it happened in the 4400 block of Parkview Drive before 9 a.m. Monday, when the woman’s westbound vehicle slid into the opposite lane.
The mother was seriously hurt, while the child suffered minor injuries in the wreck.
Both are hospitalized at Bronson Methodist Hospital.
