KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — Kalamazoo Valley Community College says it’s getting ready to start asking for entries for the school’s annual alumni art show.
Tom Hamann is with the school and says the contest is pretty much open to anything.
“One of our alumni was a sculptor, we’ve had some furniture-makers, and we’ve had an indivigual who actually made pipes,” Hamann said.
The art show will open April 1 at the school’s downtown Kalamazoo campus.
A $500 prize will go to the show’s best piece.
