CASS COUNTY (WKZO-AM) — Cass County Sheriff’s investigators say alcohol appears to be a factor in a solo-vehicle crash that injured an Illinois man.
It happened on M-60 near Pine Lake Street before 12:30 a.m. Monday when 43-year-old Scott McClellan lost control of his vehicle and struck a guardrail. He was rushed to Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Ind.
McClellan was the only person listed inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. Sheriff’s deputies say he was wearing a seat belt.
