GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO-AM) — The Better Business Bureau of West Michigan has issued a consumer alert, urging people to avoid contracting with KBC Home Improvements of Kalamazoo.
They say the firm has been taking money for projects but not completing them.
The BBB has received a total of 20 complaints from homeowners who have paid more than $130,000 in deposits.
The company told BBB officials that a medical issue was the cause of the delays and they are trying to resolve the complaints.
