KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — A 37-year-old man is in custody again after he was caught in a rolling methamphetamine lab in Kalamazoo.
The suspect and a 26-year-old female were the targets of a compliance check by the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team, who were attempting to make sure the suspects were adhering to restrictions set by a judge following previous arrests.
Officers stopped the vehicle in the 3700 block of Vanrick Drive on Thursday and found a working meth lab inside. The finished drug was also found.
It was the second time in seven months the same male parolee had been caught with meth during a compliance check.
The woman was released at the scene but will probably be charged later.
