GALESBURG (WKZO-AM) — The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office says a 14-year-old boy is responsible for leaving a note that said a bomb was planted in the gym at Galesburg-Augusta High School.
The child was not named, but was identified as a student at the school.
Deputies say the case is being reviewed by prosecutors.
The March 24 incident disrupted classes and forced a search of the facility. The threat was deemed not credible and no bomb was found.
