OSHTEMO (WKZO-AM) — A 37-year-old Kalamazoo man is recovering at Bronson Methodist Hospital after being allegedly stabbed by his girlfriend.
The girlfriend is in custody, awaiting a determination on charges.
Despite his wounds, the man managed to drive himself from an apartment on 11th Street in Oshtemo Township to the Speedway gas station at West KL Avenue and South Drake Road after 5:00 a.m. Thursday.
The deputies returned to the apartment complex, where they took the 25-year-old woman to jail.
