MENDON (WKZO-AM) — St. Joseph County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a man who grabbed his handgun and fired eight rounds into the air outside a bar in Mendon.
It happened early Sunday in the parking lot of the Cowboy Up on M-60, with investigators saying the gunman fled the scene westbound in a newer white quad-cab diesel pickup parked behind the establishment.
It’s not clear what prompted the man to open fire.
