KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — Room and board rates at Western Michigan University will jump 3.5 percent next academic year.
Students in residence halls this fall with 15-meal plans will pay just over $9,300.
Trustees approved the $315 hike during their board meeting Thursday.
The school says just over 5,200 students lived on campus last year.
