KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — The foreclosure rate in Kalamazoo-Portage dipped fractionally in February, compared to numbers from the same month in 2015.
Financial information firm CoreLogic said it settled at 0.55 percent, down from 0.62 percent last year.
Kalamazoo’s foreclosure rate still remains higher than the Michigan average of 0.41 percent, which fell nearly a third over the same timeframe.
The national rate settled at 1.13 percent.
